The loss of a loved one is a difficult and overwhelming experience that all of us will go through in our lifetime. Grief can be compounded by dealing with an estate. A lifetime of treasures must be carefully evaluated, not to mention all the miscellaneous household items that need to be dispersed. We provide all the same services to Executors that we do for our senior clients. If you need assistance identifying items of value, preparing a home for sale, shipping treasures to family members, and overseeing the distribution and wind down of the estate home, we can help.

We can inventory items in the home, oversee the preparation of the home for sale, and work with 3rd party services that may be involved (real estate agents, lawyers, appraisers, cleaners, yard care, home maintenance, etc.).

We can arrange for auction services and donations, and will carefully pack up items to be sold or shipped. We handle all the little details that must be taken care of when the home sells.

We act as your onsite co-ordinator and manage the entire process, including clearing the home and yard after the home has sold and cleaning it for the new owners.
