Home Again was established in 2009 by owner, Jill Phipps. Jill has a Bachelor’s degree in social work (BSW), and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) and is a Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist (CRTS). The CRTS designation is a recognized credential within the senior move management industry and reflects a commitment to professionalism and ethical standards.
Home Again is insured, bonded and a member of the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating. Our company is also a long time Circle of Service member of the National Association of Senior Move Managers (NASMM).
Debby comes to us after years of running a successful childcare business. She has a natural flair for design and decor that is evident in her work with Home Again. Debby has two …grown kids and spends her free time boating, travelling and spending time with her family.
Chris originally hails from Ontario. She came to Victoria for a visit in 1989 and ended up staying. Chris loves to do DIY projects from Pinterest, refinish furniture and enjoys skiing… and watching movies with her partner Paul and her two grown kids. Her cheerful demeanor and can-do attitude is appreciated by everyone on our staff team.
Sheena is a skilled organizer and very hard worker. Clients appreciate her professional but reassuring approach. You’ll know you’re in good hands when Sheena is on the …job. She has two grown boys at home and comes to us from an interesting and diverse work background of which excellent customer service has been a focus.
Colleen hails from Saskatchewan. She has a background in interior design. When not at work she can be found enjoying biking, hiking and fancy cocktails. She keeps our staff team laughing while turning out beautifully organized spaces.
Denise has an extensive background in the hospitality industry. She is highly organized, loves to decorate and enjoys travel. Like all members of our team, Denise is a people person… who enjoys learning about the lives of our clients. Denise has two grown kids at home and values her time with her family.
Tracy has relocated to the scenic West Coast from Calgary. She has a background in teaching, home design and organization. When not working, Tracy loves spending time with friends and family and enjoying what the West Coast has to offer.
Sandra was connected to us by her realtor who noted she has a flair for organizing and getting houses ready for sale. She has three grown children and also works as a part time optician. Sandra is a hard worker and clients and staff alike appreciate her easy going and reassuring approach to our clients and her work.
Sharon hails from a small fruit farming and winery community called Beamsville in the Niagara region of Ontario. She has two grown daughters. Sharon worked for many years as an Education Assistant and also had a cleaning business with many senior clients who she enjoyed spending time with. Sharon is a golf and pickle ball enthusiast and is spending her time away from work exploring hiking trails and meeting new people on Vancouver Island.
In memory of our beloved team member, Deb. We lost our beautiful friend and Home Again team member in the fall of 2017 after a battle with cancer. Deb was a long time staff member… who brought a lot of light hearted laughter to our team. Always good for a quick dinner suggestion for our families after a long day of moving and she always found a way to help us un-complicate what seemed like a difficult situation. She will always have a place on our team page and we know she’s with us while we do the important work we do.
Shelley comes to us after many years working in the public sector. She is funny, calm and a great problem solver. Shelley keeps all of the ducks marching in the same direction for us which is no easy task.
Lee moved to Canada from Australia in 2005. She has a background in project management and interior design and is a member of our auction services team.
Bob has a background in auction management, customer account management, tech support and electronics repair. He is married to Lee and they both love to travel.
Before joining Home Again, Chris worked for many years as a Communications Office and Graphic Artist in the Public Sector. He enjoys helping clients make the transition to a new living space as seamless as possible. Away from work, Chris uses his creative energies to draw and paint in his studio.
Carmen has a diverse background of work experience in health care, hospitality, consulting and management which included extensive global travel. Her passion is to be of service.
