We can inventory items in the home, oversee the preparation of the home for sale, and work with 3rd party services that may be involved (real estate agents, lawyers, appraisers, cleaners, yard care, home maintenance, etc.).
We can arrange for auction services and donations, and will carefully pack up items to be sold or shipped. We handle all the little details that must be taken care of when the home sells.
We act as your onsite co-ordinator and manage the entire process, including clearing the home and yard after the home has sold and cleaning it for the new owners.
